Fox News personality Sean Hannity has made a significant real estate investment in Florida, purchasing a sprawling mansion just months after permanently relocating from New York. The 8-bedroom, 10.5-bathroom Mediterranean-style estate, located in Manalapan, Fla., near Palm Beach, spans an impressive 12,378 square feet.
According to Realtor.com, the mansion sits on nearly two acres of waterfront property, offering 150 feet of direct frontage on both the ocean and intracoastal waterway. The home is designed with luxury and comfort in mind, featuring expansive sliding glass walls that flood the space with natural light and provide breathtaking water views. Other standout features of the mansion include soaring ceilings, seamless transitions from indoor to outdoor living spaces, and multiple terraces and balconies for additional lounging and dining areas.
The outdoor area boasts a resort-style heated pool and spa, a large boat dock, and a casual dining space perfect for entertaining. The property also includes a guest house, while the main house features a spacious primary wing complete with a luxurious suite and bathrooms.
Hannity previously purchased a luxury townhouse in Palm Beach in 2021, using it as a vacation home until he announced in January 2023, on his iHeartRadio show The Sean Hannity Show, that he had moved to Florida full-time after years of considering leaving New York State.
This latest purchase solidifies Hannity’s decision to put down deeper roots in Florida, a state where several other Fox News personalities, including Bret Baier, also own impressive estates.
