Myron Lynn Strambler, 36, has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the death of his wife, Alicia Strambler, 34. Alicia’s body was discovered last Wednesday evening at a motel in the 5200 block of Airline Drive.
The Houston Police Department responded to an assault-in-progress call around 6:10 p.m. and found Myron Strambler sitting outside the motel room. He informed officers that his wife needed medical help. When police entered the room, they found it in disarray, with Alicia unresponsive on the bathroom floor. She appeared to have suffered multiple blunt force trauma injuries, and paramedics later pronounced her dead at the scene.
Strambler was detained and questioned by homicide detectives. After consulting with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, he was charged with murder and taken to the Harris County Jail.
