For those receiving SSDI but not SSI, the following payment dates apply for the 2025 COLA boost:

- January 22, 2025: SSDI recipients born from the 21st to the 31st of the month.
How Much Will the 2025 COLA Increase SSDI Benefits?
The COLA increase will raise all SSDI benefits by 2.5%. This means if you currently receive $1,000 in SSDI benefits, your payment will increase by $25, bringing the new total to $1,025.
