Whether you are receiving SSI, SSDI, or retirement benefits, you may be eligible for a new payment in November, unless you’ve already received your payment for the month.

SSI Payments for November and December

For SSI recipients, the benefit payment for December 1, 2024, will be issued early, on November 29, 2024. This means SSI recipients will receive two payments this month: one for November and one for December.

SSDI and Retirement Benefit Payment Dates

For those receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or retirement benefits, the next monthly payment will be issued on November 20, 2024. To qualify for this payment, recipients must meet the following criteria:

  • Not receiving SSI benefits.
  • Not having started collecting payments before May 1997.
  • Born between the 11th and 20th of any month.
  • Have filed and been approved for benefits.
  • Have complied with Social Security Administration (SSA) rules.
