  • Tuesday, October 1st: Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payments for all qualified individuals.
  • Thursday, October 3rd: Retirement payments for retirees who claimed Social Security before 1997, along with Supplemental Security Disability Income (SSDI) payments for the same beneficiaries.
  • Wednesday, October 9th: Retirement payments for retirees born between the 1st and 10th of the month, as well as SSDI payments for these beneficiaries.
  • Wednesday, October 16th: Retirement payments for retirees born between the 11th and 20th, along with SSDI payments for the same group.
  • Wednesday, October 23rd: Retirement payments for retirees born between the 21st and 31st of the month, as well as SSDI payments for these beneficiaries.

November Payment Schedule

November’s payment schedule is a bit more complex due to the timing of the dates:

  • Friday, November 1st: SSI payments for all qualified individuals. Since the 3rd falls on a Sunday, these payments will be made on the previous business day.   • Wednesday, December 11th: Retirement payments for retirees born between the 1st and 10th of the month, as well as SSDI payments for these beneficiaries.
  • Wednesday, December 18th: Retirement payments for retirees born between the 11th and 20th, including SSDI payments for this group.
  • Tuesday, December 24th: Retirement payments for retirees born between the 21st and 31st of the month, as well as SSDI payments for these beneficiaries. This payment is moved from December 25th (Christmas Day) to Christmas Eve, as banks will be open on that day.
  • Tuesday, December 31st: This payment marks the first SSI payment for January 2025, sent out early on New Year’s Eve to ensure bank availability. This payment will be adjusted with the 2025 Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA).
