The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office is asking for public assistance in identifying a man whose body was discovered earlier this summer. The deceased was found on June 27 inside a storage trailer located in the parking lot of a now-closed business on Del Franco Street in San José.
According to the official report from the County of Santa Clara, the man is estimated to be around 56 years old and stands 6 feet tall with an average build. However, due to postmortem changes, many of his physical features remain unidentifiable, leaving his hair and eye color unknown and obscuring any distinguishing marks, such as tattoos or scars.
At the time of his discovery, the man was wearing a black or purple zip-up jacket, possibly with a blue undershirt underneath. His outfit also included black or purple winter pants layered over dark-colored jeans, completed with thick black socks.
Authorities are urging anyone with information that could help identify this individual to contact the Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office Investigations Unit at 408-793-1900, extension 3.
